CropShot records gameplay analytics against a device ID. Submit yours below and we'll erase the gameplay data linked to it.

How to find your device ID

Open CropShot, go to Settings, and copy the device ID shown there.

What gets deleted

Deleted: every gameplay session and event recorded against your device ID, plus the raw uploads they came from.
Kept: purchase records, if you've bought anything. We're required to keep proof of a transaction, and deleting it would revoke the Premium you paid for. Those records are tied to your store account, not the device ID above.

Requests are processed in a weekly batch, so there's a short window to cancel. If you ask us to, we'll carry yours out sooner instead — the cancel link stops working once we do. Still stuck? Email support@figstu.com.
