Using this site

You're welcome here. Read the pages, watch the trailer, download the press assets, get in touch. We ask only that you don't attack the site, try to break into it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to do something illegal.

Our content

The CropShot name and logo, the Figment Studio name and logo, and the game art, music, and video on this site belong to Figment Studio, LLC.

The exception is the press kit, and it's a deliberate one: the trailer, stills, and fact sheet on the press page are free to use in coverage of the game, with credit to Figment Studio, LLC. You don't need to ask. Please don't edit them in ways that misrepresent the game.

We link out to the app stores and a few other places. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we're not responsible for what they do.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be either — it's a small studio's website, and it occasionally goes down for a deploy. To the fullest extent the law allows, Figment Studio, LLC isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, the revised version goes up on this page and applies from the moment it's posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you and Figment Studio, LLC each agree to that venue.
